Ordering, Sales Tax and Shipping information
▪ Orders are subject to inventory availability.
▪ Orders received prior to 2pm EST on weekdays, will normally ship that same day.
▪ Orders received after 2pm EST, weekend days, or holidays, will normally be shipped the next business day.
▪ The appropriate sales tax will be calculated and added to orders shipped to North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee.
▪ Shipping charges for orders are estimated at the time of order and most estimates are correct. Your credit card will be charged the actual shipping charges calculated and reported to us by UPS Worldship. Customarily, we will notify you if the actual charges exceed the estimated charges by $15 or more. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges by Air for certain items may increase due to the box size; shipping carriers increase the shipping charge if the measurements of the box exceed their maximum dimensional size for Air shipments and then impose a "dimensional weight" for the box.
▪ Your credit card is charged at the time your order is shipped. Paypal customer's accounts are charged at the time of the order.
▪ We use United Parcel Service (UPS) for shipping orders. Pickup and deliveries of orders are subject to UPS's shipping schedule. Services offered are UPS Ground - 3 to 10+ business days, UPS 3 day select - guaranteed 3 business days from shipment date, UPS 2nd Day Air - guaranteed 2nd business days from shipment date, and UPS Next Day - guaranteed next business day from shipment date. UPS may not pickup/deliver during holidays and adverse weather conditions.
▪ We also offer In-Store pickup delivery service. When checking out, you can specify at which Alpine Ski Center you want your order delivered to. You will receive a phone call to inform you the order has arrived. This shipping offer is at no cost to you.
▪ Holiday shipping schedules are:
11/24 Tuesday - Normal pickup and delivery. UPS 2nd Day Air packages picked up today will be delivered on Friday, November 27.
11/25 Wednesday - Normal pickup and delivery. UPS Next Day Air packages picked up today will be delivered on Friday, November 27. 2nd Day Air packages picked up today will be delivered on Monday, November 30 (except those processed and labeled for Saturday delivery).
11/26 Thursday - no services available
11/27 Friday - Delivery of Air packages only. Air Pick Up only if prearranged by Wednesday 11/25.
11/28 Saturday - Delivery of Air packages only processed and labeled for Saturday delivery.
12/21 Monday - Last day to ship 3 Day select and have delivered on or before Thursday, December 24
12/22 Tuesday - Last day to ship 2nd Day Air and have delivered by Thursday, December 24.
12/23 Wednesday - Last day to ship Next Day Air and have delivered on Thursday, December 24.
12/24 Thursday - Normal delivery, including both Air and Ground packages. Pickup Service provided at all UPS drop boxes. 3 Day select service will deliver if shipped by 12/21. 2nd Day Air service will deliver if shipped by 12/22. Next Day Air service will deliver if shipped by 12/23.
12/25 Friday - No Pickup or delivery services.
12/28 Monday - Normal pickup and delivery services available. 3 Day select packages picked up today will be delivered by Thursday, December 31.
12/29 Tuesday - 3 Day select packages picked up today will be delivered by Monday, January 4. 2nd Day Air packages picked up today will be delivered by Thursday, December 31.
12/30 Wednesday - Normal pickup and delivery service. Next Day Air packages pikced up today will be delivered by Thursday, December 31. All other air shipments will be delivered on Monday, January 4.
12/31 Thursday - Delivery of air packages only.
1/1 Friday - No Pickup or delivery services
Please visit UPS for complete details. Note - if you are ordering less than 2 weeks from Christmas and you need your order before Christmas, we suggest using 3 Day, 2nd Day or Next Day Air services.
▪ After placing an order, you will receive an email at the email address provided. You will be notified by email of any change in status and you can login to your account and view order details and obtain the UPS tracking number of your order. You can check the shipping status of your order at www.UPS.com.
▪ Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and other localities of the United States may require extra shipping charges. You will be notified of these additional shipping charges before shipment is made and your credit card is charged. Shipments to foreign countries require special arrangements, please contact us.
