RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Alpine Ski Center has been outfitting people since 1976, and in that time we have taken a lot of care to make sure that our
customers get the right gear and the right service, all at a reasonable price. Your satisfaction with your purchase and our service is important to us,
whether purchased at one of our stores or ordered online from our site. Our knowledgeable sales staff will happily assist you in finding the right
solution for your skiing/boarding needs.
RETURN POLICY
Generally, if you purchase an item whether at our website, www.alpineskicenter.com, or at one of our Alpine Ski Center locations, you have 30 days from the date purchased to return the
item for a refund. The refund is limited to the price of the item less any full or partial discounts originally taken when purchased and applicable
sales tax. An exchange can be made within 90 days of the date purchased.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the merchandise must not be used and in like new condition with the manufacturer's tags, manuals, parts, and
accessory items enclosed. For items ordered from our website, please fill in the Return/Exchange form enclosed with the order to promptly facilitate
your refund/exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. There is no charge for UPS Ground service to ship the Exchanged item to you
(except for Alaska, Hawaii, and other localities outside the United States). If you do not have a Return/Exchange form, enclose a piece of paper with
your Order #, Original Order Date, Name, Address, Phone #, Email address, the item(s) you are returning, and whether you are returning for a refund or
exchange. If you are exchanging for another item, please specify the item #, item description, gender, size, color, and other criteria applicable (such
as pants length).
You should return the item from where originally purchased, however, you can return the merchandise to the address below. If returning to a store,
please also enclose a copy of your customer's receipt or the Packing List received with your order. Refunds cannot be processed without original
receipt.
When shipping item(s) to us, please wrap the item(s) in sturdy packaging and secure with strong tape to prevent damage in transit, insure the package,
and obtain a tracking number. We recommend using United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, or the United States Postal Service (USPS). We cannot be held
responsible for lost or damaged merchandise. No COD's will be accepted.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
If the item recieved is damaged or is defective from the manufacturer's intended purpose, then you have 30 days to return the item for a full refund
(including shipping charges). After 30 days, please return the defective item to the manufacturer. Repair or Replacement is subject to the
manufacturer's policies.
