Alpine Ski Center
has served the Charlotte area since 1980 with a great selection of ski
and snowboard equipment, clothing and accessories.
We have a full service
Rental & Repair Shop,
equipped with a 300 set ski & snowboard rental system.
We are open year-round and in the summer add to our product line
swimwear, shoes and sandals and in In-Line Skate
products.

(voted by readers of Ski Magazine 2001, 2002, 2003, and
2004)
- 5 years with Alpine, 5 years on Alpine’s Ski Test
Demo Team, Extreme Skier for 37 years at Ski-LL 10,
Managed Alpine in Charlotte from 1980 to 1988.
- Other Sports interests include Golf, Tennis,
Basketball, and Football.

- 3rd year with Alpine, 2 as Equipment Manager. Named
as K2 Employee of the Year for 2004 - a select group of
12 out of 400,000 shop employees in US. Richard will get
his name die-cut into the base of the K2 ski of his
choice.
- Skier for 30 years, Ski-LL 9. Ski Patrol 2 years.
2 years Alpine Ski Test Demo Team. Crescent Council Ski
Racing.
- Other sporting interests include Water Skis, Scuba,
White Water Rafting and Kayaks, Letterman in Football at
NCSU.
