	Rental Reservation and Pick-Up Procedures

	PICK-UP and RETURN Times for Banner Elk and Beech Mtn. Alpine Ski Centers Pick-up - after 8 pm the night before the day of first use or the day of use - for example, If you are skiing on Friday and Saturday, then you may pick-up your rentals at 8pm Thurs. night (we're open till 11pm) or come in Friday morning (we open at 8am).
	Return Time - 6pm after the day session or 11pm after night sessions For example, If you're last skiing session is the day session on Sunday, the rentals are due in by 6 pm Sunday. If your last ski session is a night or twilight session , then the rentals are due in by 11 pm that night.
	One Day Rental - Although we don't take reservations for 1-Day rentals, We do not reserve our entire rental system and are able to satisfy most requests for 1-day rentals.
	TO MAKE A RESERVATION FOR RENTAL EQUIPMENT There is a minimum 2 day rental requirement for reservations of equipment at the Banner Elk or Beech locations We are happy to take your reservations for 2 or more days. It's the best way to make sure you get the type of rental and sizing that you want. It's a good idea to reserve for Holiday and weekend periods. Reservations must be placed at least 3 days prior to your scheduled pickup date To ensure the equipment you reserve is available, we require reservations be made at least 2 days prior to your scheduled pickup date. Reservations must be picked within 2 hours after scheduled pickup time Reserved equipment not picked up within 2 hours after the scheduled pickup time may be subject to forfeiture and the equipment may not be available after this time. Otherwise, please contact the Rental department directly at: Beech Mtn 828.387.9291 We always want to provide the best service possible. Please contact us if you are running late and need to extend your pickup time; or if you want to place a reservation but cannot online or want to schedule a pickup for tomorrow. We will check our inventory and fill your request if we can.
	$10 deposit required with each set reserved Refundable with 48 hr cancellation. If less than 48 hr notice, deposit is forfeited.
	To make a reservation for rental equipment First collect the information listed below for each person in your party 1. renter name 2. street shoe size -------- (we will convert this to boot size) 3. type of rental ----------- (scroll down for types of rental equipment) 4. ski/snowboard size ----- (refer to the the sizing chart or call for suggestions)

(fax # and mailing address are on the form) or 3. ONLINE - secure online entry You can fill in our Online Rental Reservation form and submit the information via a secured internet connection. Advantage skis BEST Choice - Novice to Intermediate skiers A selection of Rossignol, Head and Salomon skis in 150 cm to 190 cm lengths Shape skis promote the development of better turning and carving skills. If you've been skiing on traditional straight skis, you would select a length 10 cm to 15 cm shorter These skis are waxed for each rental, are all mounted with Salomon Quad bindings, and come with our best Advantage Series boots.

AdvantagePlus skis BEST Choice - Intermediate to Advanced skiers.

A selection of in-line Rossignol, Salomon, Atomic and K2 skis right off the retail wall.

For intermediate men and women skiers who would like to experience a step-up in performance and skiing ease over normal rental skis, this is an ideal selection. Our AdvantagePlus category includes easy turning 150 and 160 cm skis ideal for demo before you buy or just to enjoy a superior skiing experience.

For advanced and expert skiers our AdvantagePlus program offers some of the best high performance skis on the market today in lengths from 160 to 185cm.

Edged and waxed for each rental. These come with our best Advantage Series boots.

Snowboard

Snowboards and boots from Burton and Rossignol.

A part of our system includes the Rossignol Step-In boot and binding system. Step-In bindings are a good choice for beginning riders because of the ease of entry and exit from the binding.

Ski Boards

Short skis, and we mean short (Salomon ski boards in 63, 90, and 100 cm). They're a blast! They'll work with your ski boots or you can rent boots. More like skating than skiing - give it a try!
