Ordering, Sales Tax and Shipping information
▪ Orders are subject to inventory availability.
▪ Orders received prior to 3pm EST on weekdays, will normally ship that same day.
▪ Orders received after 3pm EST, weekend days, or holidays, will normally be shipped the next business day.
▪ The appropriate sales tax will be calculated and added to orders shipped to North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee.
▪ Shipping charges for orders are estimated at the time of order. The actual shipping charges may be more than the amount estimated and your credit card will be charged the actual shipping charges imposed by the shipping provider plus a $2.00 handling fee. Customarily, we will notify you if the actual charges exceed the estimated charges by $15 or more. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges by Air for certain items may increase due to the box size; shipping carriers increase the shipping charge if the measurements of the box exceed their maximum dimensional size for Air shipments and then impose a "dimensional weight" for the box.
▪ Your credit card is charged at the time your order is shipped.
▪ We use United Parcel Service (UPS) for shipping orders. Pickup and deliveries of orders are subject to UPS's shipping schedule. Services offered are UPS Ground - 5 to 10+ business days, UPS 3 day select - guaranteed within 3 business days, UPS 2nd Day Air - guaranteed 2nd business day once shipped, and UPS Next Day - guaranteed next business day once shipped. UPS may not pickup/deliver during holidays and adverse weather conditions.
▪ We also offer In-Store pickup delivery service. You specify when checking out the Alpine Ski Center you want your order delivered to. You will receive a phone call to inform you the order has arrived. This offers free shipping at no cost to you.
▪ Holiday shipping schedules are:
11/20 - Regular pickup and delivery. UPS 2nd Day Air packages picked up today will be delivered on Friday, November 23.
11/21 - Regular pickup and delivery. UPS Next Day Air packages picked up today will be delivered on Friday, November 23. 2nd Day Air packages picked up today will be delivered on Monday, November 26 (except those processed and labeled for Saturday delivery).
11/22 - no services available
11/23 - Delivery of Air packages only. Air Pick Up only if prearranged by 11/21.
11/24 - Delivery of Air packages only processed and labeled for Saturday delivery.
12/19 - Last day to ship 3 Day select and have delivered on or before Monday, December 24
12/20 - Last day to ship 2nd Day Air and have delivered on Monday, December 24. Last day to ship 2nd Day Air and have delivered on Saturday, December 22 (an additional fee applies).
12/21 - Last day to ship Next Day Air and have delivered on Monday, December 24. Last day to ship Next Day Air and have delivered on Saturday, December 22 (additional fee applies).
12/22 - Delivery of Next Day and 2nd Day Air delivery processed and labeled with Saturday delivery.
12/24 - Regular delivery, including both Air and Ground packages. Pickup Service provided at all UPS drop boxes. 3 Day select service will deliver if shipped by 12/19. 2nd Day Air service will deliver if shipped by 12/20. Next Day Air service will deliver if shipped by 12/21.
12/25 - No Pickup or delivery services.
12/26 - Regular pickup and delivery services available
12/28 - Regular pickup and delivery services available. Next Day Air packages picked up today will be delivered on Monday, December 31 (except those processed and labeled for Saturday delivery).
12/29 - Delivery of Next Day and 2nd Day Air packages processed and labeled for Saturday Delivery.
12/31 - Delivery of Air packages only.
1/1 - No Pickup or delivery services
1/4 - Regular pickup and delivery services available.
Please visit UPS for complete details. Note - if you are ordering less than 2 weeks from Christmas and you need your order before Christmas, we suggest using 3 Day, 2nd Day or Next Day Air services.
▪ After placing an order, you will receive an email at the email address provided. You will be notified by email of any change in status and you can login to your account and view order details and obtain the UPS tracking number of your order. You can check the shipping status of your order at www.UPS.com.
▪ Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and other localities of the United States may require extra shipping charges. You will be notified of these additional shipping charges before shipment is made and your credit card is charged. Shipments to foreign countries require special arrangements, please contact us.
